Lee has a great team working with him: a stager, photographer, and office staff that put together a fabulous brochure that captured the selling points of our home. He loves real estate, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He worked hard to sell our home, keeping his agreements for open houses and appointments. We could trust and depend on Lee.

It meant a lot to my wife and I that Lee sat down and gave us his time, as previous realtors just thought we were curb kickers or too young to be serious.

Throughout the process (of selling our home) we always felt you were putting our interests first, sometimes stewarding us away from less attractive offers that may have closed a deal sooner but that would not have been in our financial interest. The outcome was that we sold our home for a good price and in a timescale that enabled us to meet our objectives. This was all the more significant given the poor market conditions.
